TILLEY is customized software for 3rd Party Site Inspectors. It takes into account all of your various county, city, etc. rules and legal requirements and creates the documents you need to submit.
Each municipality has its own forms or regulations that a 3rd party inspector must adhere to. Currently, you need to determine which form or letter you need to produce and then fill it in accordingly. This is typically done after the inspection as you wouldn’t necessarily have the time or form readily available. TILLEY allows you to enter the same data you were already capturing (i.e. Permit #, Builder information, lot/block, etc.) directly into the application. How great would it be to be done with your paperwork in a matter of minutes at the time of inspection?

Logging
Some companies log each inspector’s inspection entries every day, typically in an Excel spreadsheet. This can be done within TILLEY, as well, and will be tailored to your company’s specifications.
Documentation
Since TILLEY is customized to your specific needs, you will have your own website page (password protected) of instructions, screenshots and full descriptions. You will also be allowed to download the most recent version of your TILLEY software directly from that page.
